1.All the types of UHP graphite electrodes use 100% self-supplied needle coke so as to ensure the best quality and purity of the products, which is unmatched by any other carbon domestic enterprises. Needle coke, the main raw material for producing UHP graphite electrode, is completely self-produced with an annual output of 150,000 tons. It is the largest needle coke production enterprise in China, and provide the raw materials for several other large carbon
plants in China. The high quality needle coke production fully satisfies the UHP graphite electrode production so that if the needle coke resource in the market is limited, the production will not be affected. The self-produced needle coke greatly improves the product quality and stability, and can effectively reduce the electrode consumption and indirectly reduce the energy consumption of steel making.

3.Along with the complete production equipment and advanced technique flow,
complete environmental protection facilities, the whole product process integrated in Hongte without any outsourcing. And most of the production staff with higher professional quality are graduated from large, technical secondary schools and colleges.

4.So far, the products are exported to Europe, America, Russia, Japan, Middle East, southeast Asia and also Taiwan area, and have enjoyed a high reputation in all steel mills.
